Next stop on the Kentucky tour was Louisville, home to the Kentucky Derby and so much more. We had a great time visiting more friends and staying at the coolest musuem/hotel ever. 21C has taken the art of hospitality to new heights. It's a must see if Louisville is on your travel register.

This art installation was in the ceiling of the elevator.
This fabulous chandelier greeted us on the 4th floor while entering our room. Have you ever seen anything more ingenious? Add some small shears to your early attic chandelier and you've got a piece of art!
The, oh so cool and ultra hip, PROOF on Main. I could have stayed for hours taking in all the nooks and crannies filled with art.

A visit with very special friends. We laughed until we cried, old photo albums came out.
Our next stop was BG, KY (we so fondly call it). My hometown and where Follis Farms is located. We visited Ragland Hill and saw how beautiful everything looks, so peaceful and still.
The quaint town square in downtown Bowling Green, of a time gone by.
Bowling Green is a slice of Americana.
Beautiful topography everywhere you look.
Home to the world famous Corvette.
Follis Farms is cared for by so many who I will be eternally grateful to for treating it as their own.
My family's friends who are now mine, care for Follis Farms. They play music, hunt, fish, have picnics, laugh, play and just kick back which makes my heart full and happy.
More special and precious friends.
The bluegrass crew who keep Ragland Hill alive and well. Thank you for filling the skies with beautiful music we all know and love. There are memories there that will be cherished forever.
We start them early in Kentucky. A first music lesson before the ripe old age of one.
Thank you KY for all your hospitality, friendship, love and kindness. I don't know what I'd do without all of you. Much love.
Please do me a favor and scroll back up to 21C and let me know what your favorite art piece is? I can't get that place out of my mind. May be worth traveling to Louisville to see!
We'll talk soon.
